New T-Hangars coming soon!
As you know, there has been talk for many years of constructing new T-Hangars and tearing down the old blue hangars on the west end. The process is now underway. The new hangar construction will commence this spring with current anticipated occupancy dates of 11/18/2026, 12/10/2026, and 12/31/2026 for each of the three units. Each unit has 6 T-hangars. If you currently lease one of the old blue hangars on the West end, the Board recommends that you get a lease signed as soon as possible. The current tenants have first right of refusal and T-hangar choice is on a first-come, first-served basis. They have given 30-days from the final occupancy date for all existing tenants to vacate the building, either by moving to a new hangar, or to another airport. This is critical because we must tear down the old hangars to make way for planned construction. So at the latest, the current schedule would indicate the end of January 2027 as the deadline to be vacated, but that date may be sooner.
